Pricing your home to sell

Hello fellow Keene YPNers! I wanted to share with you that I have a very helpful video I'd be willing to loan to you all if you're considering selling your home. It is the most resourceful video I've found around and I'm openly promoting it for that very reason. I feel sellers should be as educated as possible. If this is one more thing that helps you make a quicker sale and possibly save you money (we all need that), then please don't hesitate to call me for a viewing.

Posting Real Estate Listings on Youtube

I began videoing my listings to post onto Youtube, and uploading them onto my website. There was a major learning curve, but alas I've figured it out...now I must refine my "skills" at videoing.
