Join members of our community on Monday, May 4th, 2009, 6 PM to 8 PM at Heberton Hall to play a critical role in shaping the future of Keene as we launch the Community Master Plan process. Hello fellow Keene YPNers! I wanted to share with you that I have a very helpful video I'd be willing to loan to you all if you're considering selling your home. It is the most resourceful video I've found around and I'm openly promoting it for that very reason. I feel sellers should be as educated as possible. If this is one more thing that helps you make a quicker sale and possibly save you money (we all need that), then please don't hesitate to call me for a viewing.

I began videoing my listings to post onto Youtube, and uploading them onto my website. There was a major learning curve, but alas I've figured it out...now I must refine my "skills" at videoing. In these tough economic times, we are constantly bombarded with news of bank failures, home foreclosures, and job losses. Many people around the world are affected by this financial crisis. I have been doing research on social media, interactive technologies, and communication (aka: the new rules of marketing) and attended one workshop that could particularly benefit all of us here at YPN.
