One of the most rewarding methods of giving is through employee volunteerism. However, motivating employees to volunteer is not always an easy task. This presentation will provide attendees with steps on how to effectively engage employees as volunteers in projects that are meaningful to the community and their business.

The Keene Young Professionals Network (KeeneYPN) will celebrate its third anniversary on Wednesday, June 2nd from 5:30-7:30pm at Margaritas in Keene.

The celebration is more than just a social event to network with other young professionals in the region - the group invited twenty volunteer organizations and non-profits to share opportunities with KeeneYPN at this event. The KeeneYPN recognizes the importance of volunteering, not only to enhance the community in which we work and live, but to promote this region’s young professionals as a valuable resource within our community.

Sharon Cowen is the project director for When Work Works and Family and Consumer Resources Educator with UNH Cooperative Extension and Stephanie Marshall is a Senior Partner with MKS Performance Solutions. This webinar will address how to begin or enhance flexibility policies that will be the right fit for your organization and employees. Both good and bad economies create workforce challenges for employers. In good times, the challenge is recruiting and retaining talented and dedicated employees.

Everything's all confirmed for our July social event at the BRAND NEW Courtyard by Marriot!! This place is incredible...
