One of the most rewarding methods of giving is through employee volunteerism. However, motivating employees to volunteer is not always an easy task. This presentation will provide attendees with steps on how to effectively engage employees as volunteers in projects that are meaningful to the community and their business. Actual examples will be shared on how Hypertherm has developed their Community Engagement program and results in some key focus areas.
